Bio

 

She has completed Ph.D. in Human Resource Management from Bharati Vidaypeeth University Pune and Post graduation in M.Com, MBA-HR, PGDBM. She has teaching experience of 12 yrs and industry 3 yrs. She has published various research papers in impact factor journals national & international and has worked on research projects with MCCIA and EDI. She is certified by DST government of india as entrepreneurship trainer and has completed various activities with NEN, MCCIA & EDI. She has organized and attained various National and International conferences, FDP and MDP. She has worked as Course Head for ten batches of PG-Management and leads the HR forum her areas of interest are organizational Behavior, Human Resource Management, Learning and Development, SHRM, Competency Mapping. She has certification in six sigma green belt, International certification in coaching and mentoring.
