Bio

Currently perusing Ph.D. from University of Pune in the area of Human Resource Management with a total seventeen years of teaching experience. Her areas of interest are Training and Development and Strategic Human Resource Management. Written and presented several research papers in the National and International conference and received Best Paper Award of the session for one of the research papers. Presently co-ordinating the activities of Post Graduate Research Center and the also responsible for the co-ordination of PhD Program, under faculty of management.
