Faculty of Management, MIT-WPU is an established name in the country for imparting Doctoral, Post-graduate and Under-graduate management programmes. The diverse bouquet of programmes interwoven across various disciplines of the University along with a highly acclaimed and experienced faculty pool provides every requisite in fulfilling the aspirations of students, industry and the society.
As it is understood worldwide, the future of management education finds its relevance more in a multi- disciplinary curriculum, a practice oriented and skill based teaching-learning approach and on research and innovation having a local and global impact. All the post graduate and under graduate programmes of Faculty of Management at MIT-WPU tend to integrate all of these into their design, curriculum, pedagogy and teaching – learning architecture.

The Industry Academia Collaborations Committee (IACC) at MIT-WPU works closely with industries as well as students to bring us the best industry collaborations possible. These collaborations aid industrial training, internship, guest lectures from eminent corporate guests and placements. The Faculty of Management has MOUs with the companies like Wolters- Kluwer, Pratisaad, Aespes Nirmiti Mercedez Benz Ltd., Intelliment, Entrepreneur’s Castle and Western Union.

Library
The Central Library of MITWPU has more than 29810 books related to various areas of management. It subscribes 60 National and International journals & magazines. It has collections of CD’s audio video cassettes, and projection system. Besides this, the students also have an access to British Council Library.
Computer Lab
The Faculty of Management houses a centrally air-conditioned computer laboratory with 255 Core i5 CPU, 4 GB RAM, 500 GB HDD, with 18.5” LCD monitors dedicated workstations networked with two servers. Students have 24-hour free Internet access through Wi-Fi. In addition to this, the e-campus at MIT, Pune, with 2500 computers is directly linked with Faculty of Management network with a dedicated lease line internet connection with a bandwidth of 32 MBPS. There is a facility for online teaching and practical. Faculty of Management has two server loaded with various software like Visual Studio, Advanced Java, Page Maker, Corel Draw, Linux which are accessible from all work stations. Qualified lab assistants are available to guide students
Access to online Journals
EBSCO is an online database to global e-journal literature in the field of Management Sciences. The database is accessible from the computer lab of Faculty of Management. The Faculty of Management governs the academic integrity as per UGC guidelines through academic integrity panel.
Research Areas
The faculty of Management offers Ph.D. programs across eight areas of management. These areas are Commerce and Management, Computer Application, Finance, General Management, Healthcare Management, Human Resource Management, Marketing Management and Organizational Management. These areas are consisting of both traditional and emerging aspects of management like Healthcare Management.
Faculties from the management have significantly contributed into their respective domains by publishing research in reputed journals.
